I love to buy a fresh bunch of organic kale at the local farmers market.
Kale has a very strong and intense taste and is extremely healthy. I always wanted to eat this veggie raw, to get most out of it, but I was struggling to find the right recipe.
The first time I tried the mixture of avocado, kale and miso dressing, I was in total ecstasy. This recipe introduced me to the wonder world of kale and now I am addicted to it! This kale, avocado and miso salad is listed as one of my top favorite salads of all time!

Ingredients
- Kale and Avocado Salad
- 1 bunch kale organic, shredded
- 1 avocado cubed
- Miso dressing
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
