Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup hazelnuts
- 4 tbsp rice malt syrup (or 100% maple syrup)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
- 1 tbsp vanilla powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 C. Bake the hazelnuts for 8-10 minutes on a tray.
- Place the hazelnuts on a clean cloth and rub until most of the skins are removed. Grind the nuts in a food processor until smooth.
- Add the remaining ingredients and process until well mixed. Add extra coconut milk if you want a more runny consistency.
- You can store your sugar-free Nutella in the fridge for several weeks
