Turmeric-roasted Hummus
Nothing beats a good homemade hummus. I like the roasted turmeric chickpeas on top. It gives a bit of texture and is delicious. Homemade hummus is a lot healthier than store brought ones, and you will definitely save some money. Hummus can also be frozen if you don’t want to eat it all. Chickpeas are a great source of protein, carbohydrates and fibre and will keep you full for longer. I always have a few tins in my house for a quick snack.
