Ingredients
- 4 beef tenderloin steaks extra-lean
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 4 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 8 cup mixed salad leaves organic
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes

Instructions
- Season steaks with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Heat oil and cook the steaks 3 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
- Add balsamic vinegar to the skillet and bring to boil. Reduce the heat and boil for 5 minutes or until balsamic thickens as a glaze.
- Cut the steaks in sliced.
- Place the vegetables on a platter. Top with sliced steaks and drizzle the balsamic glaze over it.
