Instructions
  1. Season steaks with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil and cook the steaks 3 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
  3. Add balsamic vinegar to the skillet and bring to boil. Reduce the heat and boil for 5 minutes or until balsamic thickens as a glaze.
  4. Cut the steaks in sliced.
  5. Place the vegetables on a platter. Top with sliced steaks and drizzle the balsamic glaze over it.
