Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- pinch salt
- 1 banana mashed
- 1/2 cup almond milk

Instructions
- Stir all the ingredients together except the banana and set overnight in the fridge. In the morning, just before serving, mix in the mashed bananas and top with your favourite fruit and a drizzle of honey.
