Ingredients
- Chocolate base
- 2 cups pecans
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup mesquite powder
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- pinch of salt
- Blueberry filling
- 1 cup cashews soak for 6 hours and rinse
- 1 cup macadamias soak for 6 hours and rinse
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups fresh blueberries

Instructions
Chocolate base
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until finely chopped. Press into a springform tin. Place in the fridge while you make the filling.
Blueberry filling
- Drain the nuts and blend all the ingredients of the filling together in a power blender and pour over the base. Let the mixture set in the fridge overnight. Top with any fresh fruit and keep in the fridge.
