- 4 salmon steaks
- olive oil
- 3 fennel bulbs sliced into wedges
- lemon wedges

Instructions
- Spread the fennel onto a baking tray and grill for 5 - 10 minutes. Remove from the oven. Drizzle the salmon with olive oil and put it on-top of the fennel.
- Place everything under the grill for a further 5 - 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve with a lemon wedge.
