  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C.
  2. Pat dry the chickpeas and add the olive oil and garam masala and toss to coat.
  3. Arrange a single layer on a baking tray and bake for 45 minutes.
  4. Allow to cool and store left overs in an airtight container.
  5. These snacks will keep for up to 1 week.
