Ingredients
- 400 ml chickpeas cooked and drained
- 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 1 tbsp garam masala

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 C.
- Pat dry the chickpeas and add the olive oil and garam masala and toss to coat.
- Arrange a single layer on a baking tray and bake for 45 minutes.
- Allow to cool and store left overs in an airtight container.
- These snacks will keep for up to 1 week.
