- 1 cup brown rice
- 2 cups vegetable stock
- 1/2 cup peas

Instructions
- Bring the rice and vegetable stock to the boil. Simmer for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender and most of the water is absorbed.
- Remove it from the heat and let is stand for 10 minutes. Toss in the peas at the last moment.
