When you have a craving for ice cream, this is a great alternative for a lazy Sunday afternoon treat. Passion fruit is high in vitamin C, providing about 30 mg per 100 g. Vitamin-C is a powerful water soluble anti-oxidant and will help you fight against cold and flu.

  1. Place the yogurt, honey and vanilla seeds in an airtight container in the freezer until frozen at the edges. Remove, beat until smooth, then refreeze. Repeat 2 – 3 times, then freeze completely. Alternatively, churn the yogurt in an ice-cream machine for about 15 minutes.
  2. Mix the passion fruit with the remaining honey.
  3. Divide the bananas between serving plates, top with scoops of yoghurt sorbet and spoon over passion fruit mixture.
