When you have a craving for ice cream, this is a great alternative for a lazy Sunday afternoon treat. Passion fruit is high in vitamin C, providing about 30 mg per 100 g. Vitamin-C is a powerful water soluble anti-oxidant and will help you fight against cold and flu.

Ingredients
- 4 bananas peeled and halved lengthways
- 3 cups Greek yogurt
- 5 ml vanilla powder
- 1/3 cup honey raw (or any natural sweetener that will sweeten the Greek yogurt)
- 65 ml passion fruit

Instructions
- Place the yogurt, honey and vanilla seeds in an airtight container in the freezer until frozen at the edges. Remove, beat until smooth, then refreeze. Repeat 2 – 3 times, then freeze completely. Alternatively, churn the yogurt in an ice-cream machine for about 15 minutes.
- Mix the passion fruit with the remaining honey.
- Divide the bananas between serving plates, top with scoops of yoghurt sorbet and spoon over passion fruit mixture.
