We used to live on a pomegranate farm. Every year in April I made about 30 liters of 100% fresh, raw pomegranate juice. I would then juice it and make pomegranate ice. It was a great delight! Pomegranates protect you from cancer, soothes the stomach, balances your blood pressure, boosts immunity and are one of the best ever skin tonics available. You can make your own juice, which it the healthiest, but you can also buy pomegranate juice and freeze it.
