Green beans are filled with cancer-fighting antioxidants vitamin A and vitamin C. It also supports a healthy heart because it is rich in potassium, manganese and fiber. Another great weight-loss salad!

Ingredients
- Salad
- 360 g fine green beans
- 250 g carrots
- 70 g watercress
- 25 ml sesame seeds
- Dressing
- 75 ml olive oil extra virgin
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 10 ml honey
- Maldon salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Top the beans, blanch and set aside in cold water. Peel the carrots and slice into long strips.
- For the vinaigrette, mix together all the ingredients.
- Drain the beans and in a bowl mix the beans together with the carrots. Pour the vinaigrette over them and set aside.
- When ready to serve, add the watercress or any other green to the beans and carrots . Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and mix together well.
- Serve garnished with fresh herbs.
