Ingredients
- Baby marrows
- 8 baby marrows sliced as thinly as possible
- Marinade
- 60 ml lemon juice
- 2.5 ml Maldon salt
- 120 ml olive oil extra virgin
- black pepper

Instructions
- Combine all the marinade ingredients. Place the baby marrow in a flat dish, pour over the marinade and leave for 2 hours before serving, stirring occasionally.
