My kids love these cookies. As soon as they appear they already vanish. The great thing is that these cookies are packed with nutritious ingredients so you don't even need to feel guilty to spoil them (or yourself)!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 cups rolled oats uncooked
- 1 cup raisins

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 C. Cream the butter and the sugar together. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat well.
- Add the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Lastly add the rolled oats and raisins. Mix well.
- Roll into balls and press down with a fork. Bake on a greased baking sheet for 8 - 10 minutes.
- Cool down for at least 1 minute before enjoying your cookie.
