Let’s face it, it is difficult to never “treat” yourself. This is the perfect way to enjoy a healthy, summer treat without feeling guilty. I always try to have a healthy sweet treat in my house whenever the cravings set in. This is one of those recipes that you can put on your favorites list.

Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 gelatine leaves softened
- 1 1/2 cups apple juice
- 1 tbsp orange blossom water
- 2 nectarines thinly sliced

Instructions
- Heat the yogurt and honey in a small saucepan. Stir in 2 gelatine leaves into four tumblers. Chill until set.
- Heat the apple juice. Stir in the orange-blossom water and remaining gelatine leaves.
- Place a nectarine on top of each and pour over the jelly. Chill until set.
- If you don’t want to do the jelly thing, just top with juicy fresh sliced nectarines!
