Chamomile is known for their purely soporific qualities, but this juice takes it to the next level. Blended banana provides slow release carbohydrates and is high in magnesium to sustain you through the night and lettuce is renowned for its sleep-inducing properties.

Ingredients
- 2 camomile tea bags
- 180 g iceberg lettuce organic
- 2 bananas
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
- Cover the teabags with 300 ml hot water and leave to steep for 10 minutes.
- Put the lettuce and banana into a blender or food processor and blend.
- Add the chamomile tea and lemon juice and blend briefly until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
