Synthetic pesticides, which are sprayed on most conventional produce, can be very harmful. The "Dirty Dozen" are the 12 fruit and vegetables that get sprayed most. If you can't buy everything organic, try to only buy these 12 organic.
The "Dirty Dozen" are: apples, celery, sweet bell peppers, peaches, strawberries, nectarines, grapes, spinach, lettuce, cucumbers, blueberries, potatoes, green beans and kale.

Ingredients
- 250 g Lindt chocolate melted
- 2 kiwi fruit peeled and quartered
- 12 strawberries organic
- 3 figs halved
- 6 fresh dates

Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler until smooth. Do not let it boil.
- Cut the fruit into large pieces, using a small fork, generously dip into the melted chocolate.
- Allow any excess chocolate to drip off, then place on a sheet of greaseproof paper to set.
