  1. De-stalk the kale. Sprinkle it with the salt and add the olive oil.
  2. Place the kale in the dehydrator and dehydrate for 8 - 12 hours.
  3. If you do not have a dehydrator. Place it in the oven on a baking tray at the lowest possible heat for 4 - 6 hours.
