  1. Blanch the asparagus quickly. Make sure you keep them fresh and crisp and not overdo it.
  2. Slice the halloumi cheese into 5 mm slices. Fry them briefly in the hot coconut oil until crisp and browned.
  3. Arrange the asparagus on a plate and top with the halloumi cheese and olive dressing.
