  1. Boil two cups of water.
  2. Add the lemon juice, lemongrass and ginger. Let it infuse the water for 20 minutes.
  3. Discard the lemongrass and ginger pieces. Once cooled. Add the honey.
  4. Keep in your fridge for a cool treat whenever you feel like it.
