Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 cup olive oil extra virgin
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp chilli
- 1/2 cup parsley finely chopped
- 250 g feta cheese cubed
- 250 g button mushrooms sliced

Instructions
- Combine garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, chilli and parsley. Pour over the feta and mushrooms and marinade in a covered container for as least 12 hours before serving.
- Serve as a side dish or top a seed cracker with this delicious mixture.
