How to use pestos:
• Serve on their own, with pasta or you can toss steamed vegetables in pesto (broccoli, tomato, baby marrow, red peppers).
• Also lovely on toast topped with sliced tomato, pesto and some black pepper.
• Spread on a homemade pizza base and add toppings
• Spoon into smooth cottage cheese for a tasty dip.

Instructions
- Place the basil, parsley, garlic and walnuts in a food processor and blend. Add the cheese and season. Blend well.
- With the food processor running, add the olive oil in a thin, steady stream until you have a rich, smooth pesto.
- Spoon into a jar, pour a thin film of olive oil over the top, close and refrigerate.
