Eating raw cacao is known to diminish the appetite. Therefore eating chocolates in its raw form helps one to lose weight by allowing you to eat less.

Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut oil extra virgin, melted
- 1/3 cup agave nectar raw
- 1 cup raw cacao powder
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- add flaked almonds, dried mulberries chia seeds optional

Instructions
- Melt the coconut oil over low heat and combine with the agave nectar, cacao powder and vanilla seeds. Do not let it boil.
- When all is combined, add the fruit and nuts.
- Pour the mixture in ice trays and keep in the fridge.
