Ingredients
- Strawberry Sangria
- 2 limes halved
- 3 small cucumbers halved lenghtways
- 300 g strawberries
- 1/2 papaya peeled and deseeded
- 4 cups cranberry juice sugar-free
- 1 cup soda water
- Decorating
- 4 sticks celery
- 4 spears asparagus rinsed

Instructions
- Fill the pitcher until three quarters full with the cucumber, strawberry, paw paw, lime halves and cranberry juice, and top up with soda water.
- Using a vegetable peeler, shave long ribbons of celery and asparagus, and use to decorate the pitcher.
- Serve chilled.
