Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Roast the butternut with the coconut oil and sprinkle with a bit of salt and cinnamon.
  3. Roast until golden, for about 30 minutes.
  4. When you remove the butternut from the oven, drizzle 1 tablespoon honey over the butternut.
  5. Arrange the rocket on a salad plate and top with butternut, orange and almonds.
  6. Pour dressing over salad.
