Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower cut into small florets
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Bring the stock and cauliflower to the boil in a large saucepan. Reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Blend cauliflower and stock with the cream cheese.
- Add the cream and nutmeg.
- Heat through and garnish with fresh parsley.
