Ingredients
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 300 g pumpkin peeled and chopped
- 1 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1 cup seeds mixed pumpkin, sesame and sunflower seeds
- 4 T chia seeds
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup goji berries
- 3 T coconut sugar
- 1/2 t sea salt
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 t cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 170C. Line two baking trays.
- Steam the pumpkin for 15 minutes.
- Mix oats, nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, goji berries, coconut sugar, cinnamon and salt.
- Put coconut oil, honey and pumpkin in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients. Spread out evenly on the roasting trays and bake for 30 minutes or until golden. You will love the taste and colour of this granola!
