  1. Preheat the oven to 170C. Line two baking trays.
  2. Steam the pumpkin for 15 minutes.
  3. Mix oats, nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, goji berries, coconut sugar, cinnamon and salt.
  4. Put coconut oil, honey and pumpkin in a blender and blend until smooth.
  5. Mix wet and dry ingredients. Spread out evenly on the roasting trays and bake for 30 minutes or until golden. You will love the taste and colour of this granola!
