I love cinnamon and I LOVE Chai Tea Lattes! But I want the real deal. Don't give me the powdered, processed versions drenched with sugar. This Chai Tea Latte is a life saver. It is one of those recipes you can always have on standby. You can either enjoy it iced or warm. This Chai Tea Latte is very easy to make and you can also enjoy the added health benefits of the warm spices.

Ingredients
- 4 bags rooibos tea
- 1 cup almond milk or organic full cream milk
- 1 cardamom pod
- 3 cloves
- 3 star anise
- 3 slices ginger
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 3 cups water

Instructions
- Add all the spices to a saucepan with 750 ml water.
- Bring to a boil, then remove from the heat. Place the lid on the pot and let it steep for another 10 minutes.
- Add the rooibos tea bags to the mixture and bring to a boil again.
- As soon as it boils, remove it from the heat and add the milk. Let is steep for another 5 minutes.
- Strain and serve iced or warm.
