- 2 heads chicory
- 4 oranges peeled and sliced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 avocado sliced
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 6 dates
- 1/3 olive oil extra virgin
- 100 g goats cheese crumbled

Instructions
- Wash and dry salad leaves. Arrange the leaves on a plate.
- Combine lemon juice, cinnamon and olive oil for a dressing.
- Place the orange disks, avocado and dates on the leaves.
