- 150 g melon cubed
- 150 g watercress
- 8 ribbons smoked salmon
- pickled ginger
- Soy & Ginger Dressing
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 5 cm piece ginger grated
- 1 lime juiced

Instructions
- Place the watermelon, melon and watercress on a platter and top with the ribbons of smoked salmon and pickled ginger.
