This picture was taken one sunny winter morning while my daughter was enjoying this super pink smoothie. Goji berries have a unique, slightly sweet taste reminiscent of cranberries and raisins. Besides being a powerful antioxidant, goji berries are also a complete protein source, an immune system booster and support digestion.
