This is a great detox winter salad and one of the best weight loss salads I know! Fennel acts like a natural appetite suppressant and removes fat and mucus from the intestinal tract.

Ingredients
- Salad
- 3 grapefruit peeled and cut into circles
- 2 avocado's peeled, pitted and sliced
- 1 fennel bulb sliced thinly
- 1/2 cup mint sliced
- 1/2 cup pistachio nuts
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 cup watercress
- Dressing
- 60 ml macadamia nut oil
- 15 ml lime juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
- Place the leaves and mint leaves on a platter.
- Arrange the grapefruit circles neatly around the leaves.
- Scatter the rest of the ingredients onto the leaves and pour over the dressing.
