  1. Put the cashews in a high-speed blender and blend until it is a powder.
  2. Add the melted cacao butter and coconut oil. Blend until smooth.
  3. On slow speed, add the honey, mesquite, lucuma and vanilla.
  4. Pour into moulds and set in the fridge.
  5. PS: Do not overmix the chocolates otherwise the oils can separate from the solids.
