Ingredients
- 1 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
- 1 cup cacao butter melted
- 1 tbsp honey raw
- 2 tbsp mesquite powder
- 1 tbsp lucuma powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder or extract

Instructions
- Put the cashews in a high-speed blender and blend until it is a powder.
- Add the melted cacao butter and coconut oil. Blend until smooth.
- On slow speed, add the honey, mesquite, lucuma and vanilla.
- Pour into moulds and set in the fridge.
- PS: Do not overmix the chocolates otherwise the oils can separate from the solids.
