This recipe is heavenly and healthy. Research shows that people who eat at least two servings of berries a week have a 25 percent less chance of developing Parkinson’s disease.

Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese room temperature
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- 4 tbsp granola

Instructions
- In a saucepan, place the strawberries and blueberries with just enough water to cover the bottom of the pan. Bring to a boil and then remove from the heat. Add the vanilla seeds and set aside.
- Pour the berry mixture into glasses and let it cool completely.
- Mix the yogurt and the mascarpone cheese, honey and vanilla seeds.
- When the berry mixture is cool, top with the yogurt mixture.
- Cover and keep refrigerated until needed.
- Sprinkle granola over the dessert just before serving and drizzle with honey.
