This is a lovely salad. If you are concerned about consuming too much calories, simply add less bocconcini.

Ingredients
- Salad
- 200 g strawberries organic, sliced
- 100 g walnuts chopped
- 2 avocado's cubed
- 16 balls fresh mozzarella bocconcini halved
- sea salt and black pepper
- 1 tbsp parsley chopped
- Dressing
- 140 g frozen mixed berries defrosted
- 1 tbsp honey or stevia
- 2 tbsp walnut oil

Instructions
Salad
- Arrange the strawberries on a plate.
- Scoop out the avocado flesh and add it to the platter along with the cheese and nuts.
- Season and scatter with parsley.
Dressing
- Mix together the berries, honey (or stevia) and oil.
- Spoon oven the salad.
