This is a lovely salad. If you are concerned about consuming too much calories, simply add less bocconcini.

Salad
  1. Arrange the strawberries on a plate.
  2. Scoop out the avocado flesh and add it to the platter along with the cheese and nuts.
  3. Season and scatter with parsley.
Dressing
  1. Mix together the berries, honey (or stevia) and oil.
  2. Spoon oven the salad.
