This is the most nutritious dip I have ever seen! You can enjoy this 100% guilt-free! Super-packed with goodness! and omega's.

Why use sour cream, cream cheese or mayonnaise for extra creaminess when you can use avocado? This recipe is almost like a gourmet style guacamole. If you omit the rocket, and added chopped tomato, you have the original guacamole recipe (or close to).

  1. Blend all the herbs, with the lime juice, olive oil and honey until smooth.
  2. Add the avocado and stir until slightly mushy.
  3. Season to taste.
  4. Serve with fresh raw vegetable sticks or grilled chicken pieces.
