This is the most nutritious dip I have ever seen! You can enjoy this 100% guilt-free! Super-packed with goodness! and omega's.
Why use sour cream, cream cheese or mayonnaise for extra creaminess when you can use avocado? This recipe is almost like a gourmet style guacamole. If you omit the rocket, and added chopped tomato, you have the original guacamole recipe (or close to).

Instructions
- Blend all the herbs, with the lime juice, olive oil and honey until smooth.
- Add the avocado and stir until slightly mushy.
- Season to taste.
- Serve with fresh raw vegetable sticks or grilled chicken pieces.
