Chia seeds are high in fibre, good for digestion and boasts with plenty of omega 3’s. It is the perfect healthy start to a day because it will make you feel full for longer, without the sluggish feeling you get from a traditional eggs, bacon and bread breakfast.

Ingredients
- Chai Pudding
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- Acai Smoothie
- 1 cup strawberries frozen
- 1 tbsp acai powder
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- honey to taste

Instructions
- Add the chai seeds, almond milk and honey. Let it stand for at least 2 hours or until the seeds absorbed the liquid. I mix mine the evening before and leave it over night.
- Blend all the ingredients for the acai smoothie together.
- Layer the chai pudding and acai smoothie and top with frozen or fresh berries.
