Chia seeds are high in fibre, good for digestion and boasts with plenty of omega 3’s. It is the perfect healthy start to a day because it will make you feel full for longer, without the sluggish feeling you get from a traditional eggs, bacon and bread breakfast.

  1. Add the chai seeds, almond milk and honey. Let it stand for at least 2 hours or until the seeds absorbed the liquid. I mix mine the evening before and leave it over night.
  2. Blend all the ingredients for the acai smoothie together.
  3. Layer the chai pudding and acai smoothie and top with frozen or fresh berries.
