The joy in eating a smoothie bowl is in decorating it. When my son ate his smoothie bowl, he mixed the decoration with his smoothie bowl and I told him that he has just messed up his smoothie bowl. Haha, really, the joy is in keeping it beautiful and enjoy the art of the toppings with the bowl. But, that is just me... Smoothie bowls are less liquidy than smoothies and I find them more filling. The frozen sweet potato is surprising in this smoothie bowl (hence the name - Surprise Acai Smoothie Bowl). You don't taste the sweet potato and it is a great substitute for frozen bananas. It will keep you full for longer and is super healthy. Please enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries frozen
- 2 cups sweet potato steamed, peeled, frozen (I froze mine in ice cube tray)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp acai powder
- 1/2 avocado
- 4 dates
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp honey optional
