Ingredients
- Chia Berry Porridge
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- Sugar-free Berrylicious sauce
- 2 cups mixed berries frozen, organic
- 1 cup strawberries frozen, organic
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 orange juiced
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- stevia to taste

Instructions
Chia Berry Porridge
- Mix the chia seeds with the almond milk, vanilla powder and honey.
- Set the Greek yogurt and berry sauce aside.
Sugar-free Berrylicious sauce
- Defrost the berries and mix it with the cinnamon, orange juice and stevia. Pulse halve of the sauce in a blender (there still needs to be texture in the blended sauce).
- Keep it in the fridge.
- PS: Add 1/2 tsp orange zest to add an exotic flavour to the berry sauce.
- Finally, make layers with the Chia porridge, Greek yogurt and the berry sauce.
