I love the added oats and coconut in this rich, buttery choc-chip cookies. Don't make this when you want to go on a diet because you would like to eat them until they are finished!

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Combine flour, coconut, oats, salt and baking soda in a bowl and set apart.
  3. Combine honey, softened butter and vanilla extract and beat until creamy. Add eggs and beat.
  4. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
  5. Dropped mixture by rounded teaspoons onto non-greased cookie sheets.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
