I love the added oats and coconut in this rich, buttery choc-chip cookies. Don't make this when you want to go on a diet because you would like to eat them until they are finished!

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2/3 cup oats
- 2/3 cup coconut
- 1 cup butter softened
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup nuts

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Combine flour, coconut, oats, salt and baking soda in a bowl and set apart.
- Combine honey, softened butter and vanilla extract and beat until creamy. Add eggs and beat.
- Add dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
- Dropped mixture by rounded teaspoons onto non-greased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
