- Greek Salad
- 1/2 cucumber peeled and cut into large chunks
- 100 g feta cheese
- 4 tomatoes chopped
- 4 spring onions sliced thinly
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- Cucumber Yogurt Dressing
- 1/2 cucumber diced into small pieces
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1/2 lemon juiced

Greek Salad
- Combine the cucumber, feta, tomatoes and spring onions.
- Mix the apple cider vinegar and the olive oil and drizzle over the salad.
Cucumber yogurt dressing
