Ingredients
- 3 cups oats
- 2 apples grated
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 100 g almonds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup dates chopped
- 3 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 4 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cinnamon

Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- Place it on the non-stick dehydrator sheets on the dehydrator trays. Spread out evenly.
- Dehydrate for 12 - 24 hours on 47 C.
