Ingredients
- Spinach and cabbage fritters
- 1 cup spinach shredded
- 1.5 cup cabbage shredded
- 5 spring onions chopped
- 4 cloves garlic crushed
- 175 g flour
- 2 T rice flour
- 1 t coconut sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 egg
- 1 T soy sauce or tamari sauce
- Soy dipping sauce
- 1/2 cup soy sauce or tamari sauce
- 1 T peanuts finely chopped
- 1 T coriander finely chopped
- 1/2 t chilli flakes

Instructions
- Combine the shredded spinach, cabbage, spring onions and garlic in a large bowl. Mix the flour, rice flour and sugar. Set aside.
- Mix water, egg and soy sauce and combine with the flour mixture to form a batter. Stir the batter through the veggies.
- Fry spoonfuls of batter in hot coconut oil until crisp.
- Enjoy the fresh, crunchy fritters with the yummy dipping sauce.
