  1. Combine the shredded spinach, cabbage, spring onions and garlic in a large bowl. Mix the flour, rice flour and sugar. Set aside.
  2. Mix water, egg and soy sauce and combine with the flour mixture to form a batter. Stir the batter through the veggies.
  3. Fry spoonfuls of batter in hot coconut oil until crisp.
  4. Enjoy the fresh, crunchy fritters with the yummy dipping sauce.
