  1. Fry the olive oil, chilli and spices for 1 minutes. Add the onion, sweet potatoes, courgettes, spinach, broccoli and stock. Simmer for about 20 minutes.
  2. Blend the ingredients and add the coconut milk. Simmer for 5 minutes. Season to taste and enjoy!
