This recipe is a great low-carb & satisfying snack. I adjusted this recipe slightly, but got the idea from the great recipe book, I Quit Sugar. It is a fantastic read if you want to cut out sugar, filled with loads of delicious recipes and health tips.

No. of Servings: meatballs
  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Roll 24 small balls with your hands.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan. When the oil is hot, put the meatballs in. Fry the meatballs in batches.
  4. Cook for 2 minutes, then roll the meatballs over and cook until done.
