Ingredients
- 250 ml brown rice (short grained)
- 500 ml water
- 10 ml herbal salt
- 45 ml sesame oil
- 2 medium onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 cup spinach finely chopped
- 125 ml broccoli chopped
- 125 ml carrots grated
- 125 ml zucchini grated
- 1 thumb size ginger minced
- 10 ml soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 60 ml sesame seeds toasted

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a wok and fry onion and garlic until translucent.
- Blanch spinach and broccoli and drain.
- Add the carrots and courgettes to the onion mixture and stir-fry until they are tender but crispy.
- Add the spinach, broccoli and cooked rice and mix. Set aside.
- Finely grate the ginger. Remove the pulp from the back of the grater and squeeze the juice from pulp into the rice mixture. Add the soy sauce and honey and stir thoroughly.
- Add the sesame seeds, mix, reheat and serve.
