Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a wok and fry onion and garlic until translucent.
  2. Blanch spinach and broccoli and drain.
  3. Add the carrots and courgettes to the onion mixture and stir-fry until they are tender but crispy.
  4. Add the spinach, broccoli and cooked rice and mix. Set aside.
  5. Finely grate the ginger. Remove the pulp from the back of the grater and squeeze the juice from pulp into the rice mixture. Add the soy sauce and honey and stir thoroughly.
  6. Add the sesame seeds, mix, reheat and serve.
