Ingredients
- 1 cup flax seeds
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 cups water
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 courgettes
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tsp salt

Instructions
- Soak the flax seeds and chia seeds in water for 10 minutes.
- In a blender, blend the water, tomatoes, courgettes, onion and salt. Mix the seeds and the tomato mixture.
- Spread out on the teflex dehydrator sheet.
- Dehydrate for 2 hours and remove the teflex sheet. Cut into shapes and then let it dehydrate for 12 - 14 hours.
