Instructions
  1. Soak the flax seeds and chia seeds in water for 10 minutes.
  2. In a blender, blend the water, tomatoes, courgettes, onion and salt. Mix the seeds and the tomato mixture.
  3. Spread out on the teflex dehydrator sheet.
  4. Dehydrate for 2 hours and remove the teflex sheet. Cut into shapes and then let it dehydrate for 12 - 14 hours.
