Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 tbsp flax seeds ground
- 1/3 cup applesauce suger-free
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 small bananas mashed
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup cacao powder unsweetened

Instructions
- Put the flax seeds in a small cup with 2 tbsp of water, let it sit out.
- Preheat the oven to 350 F (175 C).
- Grind the oats in a food processor / blender to make a flour.
- Whisk the wet ingredients together.
- Combine the dry and wet ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Grease a muffin pan and place the batter into the muffin pan.
- Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
