  1. Put the flax seeds in a small cup with 2 tbsp of water, let it sit out.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 F (175 C).
  3. Grind the oats in a food processor / blender to make a flour.
  4. Whisk the wet ingredients together.
  5. Combine the dry and wet ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Grease a muffin pan and place the batter into the muffin pan.
  7. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
