I love this tart. The raw chocolate powder is a natural appetite suppressant and contains a lot of antioxidants that will promote weight loss. Best of all, it tastes like Lindt chocolate!

Ingredients
- Base
- 2 cups almonds soaked for 2 hours
- 1 cup pecans soaked for 2 hours
- 1/4 cup honey raw
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- Filling
- 2 1/2 cups dates soaked in warm water for 15 minutes
- 1 1/2 cup coconut oil extra virgin
- 3/4 cup cacao powder raw
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions
Base
- In a food processor, grind the almonds and pecans until fine. Add the sweetener, vanilla and salt.
- Process all the ingredients together and press into a springform cake tin or quiche tin.
- Puncture holes into the base using a fork and put in the fridge while you make the topping.
Filling
- Blend the dates with a little soak water in a blender of food processor.
- Add the coconut oil, cacao powder, vanilla seeds, avocado and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer to the quiche tin and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
