I love this tart. The raw chocolate powder is a natural appetite suppressant and contains a lot of antioxidants that will promote weight loss. Best of all, it tastes like Lindt chocolate!

Base
  1. In a food processor, grind the almonds and pecans until fine. Add the sweetener, vanilla and salt.
  2. Process all the ingredients together and press into a springform cake tin or quiche tin.
  3. Puncture holes into the base using a fork and put in the fridge while you make the topping.
Filling
  1. Blend the dates with a little soak water in a blender of food processor.
  2. Add the coconut oil, cacao powder, vanilla seeds, avocado and salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer to the quiche tin and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
